Eat your way to good health in 2021!
 
"Food is our common ground, a universal experience" - James Beard.
 
Food can bring us together, it can inspire us and it can heal us. It can heal us physically and it can help heal us mentally because “The belly rules the mind” - Spanish proverb.
 
When the current message of health promotes an “outside-in” model, when we’re told that we are at the mercy of everything and everyone around us…food, more than ever is entirely ours to change our lives with.
 
This week, let’s transform our food into what inspires us, what unites us and what heals us. How can we change our lives this year…with what we create in the kitchen.
Our most valuable gift is that of our health and we know, without a doubt that the foods we eat either hinder or enrich our potential. There is no in between. Food empowers us with the choice to thrive.
 
This week, as a means to eating our way to better health, here are 5 of my favorite recipes to help inspire attention and intention for healing and ROCKING 2021.
